among my order was a model that had already been tried by someone else and when i requested a replacement, they lied that this wasn't possible due to the FXC3 model not being sold anymore, even though they are clearly still selling it on their website.

during this i realized i had fallen for a scam. i played it nice hoping it wasn't true, asking to return my order to hopefully get my money back. i still haven't gotten my money back. i've learned my lesson, i'm not going to bother with this any longer. the effort it would require to get my money back is not worth it, and that's the premise they operate on. until better laws and protection is in place, these kinds of practices will keep happening. all i can do is post a bunch of bad reviews, pay better attention next time, tell my friends to do the same and vote accordingly.

The smart smoke detector does not send a message to the app when I perform a test. Impossible to get in touch with customer support. Not by chat, mail or phone... Bought 6 units I can't use. Please help. Thanks!
